ZAKARIA ISLAMIC ACADEMY (ZIA) WEEKLY MASHWARA/MEETING

Attendees: Mufti Saad, Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Mohammed Hafeez Kashif, Amir Akhtar

1. Construction Update:
   Mukhtar is working with Irfan for changes and submit in 2 to 3 weeks. Trying to set up a meeting with Hariwan’s company, Mark.
2. Non-scholar event:
   One Muslim brother wants to host an event at Zakaria masjid. Waiting for event details.
3. Maktab:
   Some parents have PII concerns. Need to work with IT team to resolve them or look for alternative.
4. Working boards/Committees:
   Constitute committees and decide on their tasks. Each committee will have area of work and report back.
5. Seerah program :
   Suggestion came to start Weekly Seerah program – Sunday nights
   Weekly family night – Friday night
6. Townhall meeting:
   Organize townhall meeting better. Have only one board member answering each question.
