- Construction Update:
Mukhtar is working on the plans and trying to avoid wetlands mitigation to the maximum extent possible. - Maintenance:
Deck has been cleaned up. And masjid area and kitchen have been organized by volunteers. - Playground Trench work:
Left a message for trench work with Saleh. - Next Community Townhall:
Next community townhall is scheduled for Sep 27, Sunday from maghrib to Isha Insha Allah. - Adopt-A- Road:
Adopt-a-road work completed by volunteers on August 16. Nasir gave the VDOT information to Kashef for future. - Shed:
The shed needs to be fixed by Emdad, Home Depot and volunteers without changing the external appearance. - Weekday and Weekend Maktab:
The classes will start after Labor Day. - Parking:
Some students are volunteering for parking, but we need more volunteers. - Regular Hifz:
Hifz has started for this year and there is a potential for 7 new students. - Snow removal:
Need to take three quotes from companies and give yearly contract to the best possible one. - Women’s and Girls Halaqa:
Imam Saad is working with Alimahs to start these two halaqas soon. - Women’s prayer area:
Women’s prayer should not be used by brothers and for other activities 15 minutes before each Salah and 15 minutes after salah
