ZAKARIA ISLAMIC ACADEMY (ZIA) WEEKLY MASHWARA/MEETING

Attendees: Mufti Saad, Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Adil Sayeed, Mohammed Saleem, Zubair Shaikh, Shoukat Nawaz, Hariwan Zaberi

1. Construction Update:
   Committee is looking at all options for Structural, Architect, HVAC and Electricity work. Wetland survey has been updated. Meeting with architect is scheduled for Friday. Arborist certification is not completed. Site engineer is working on the comments from County.
2. Kids playground:
   Equipment has been delivered, and work will start soon.
3. Ramadan Taraweeh:
   Modular tents are being explored and other options.
4. Community Townhall Meeting:
   It is scheduled for Dec 14 Sunday evening. Time will be after maghrib.
