ZAKARIA ISLAMIC ACADEMY (ZIA) WEEKLY MASHWARA/MEETING

Attendees: Mufti Saad, Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Adil Sayeed, Mohammed Saleem, Zubair Shaikh, Syed Rashid Noor, Shoukat Nawaz, Moizuddin Ahmed

1. Construction Update:
   Easement plats are needed for county permit. Brother Zubair is working with Brother Liaqat for it. Meeting is scheduled for Dec 1, 2025 at 3:00 PM with structural engineer, Brother Piracha and with other engineers. Wetland survey needs to be updated.
2. Hifz:
   Yearly Calendar for hifz has been prepared.
3. Young professional Halaqa:
   A new halaqa led by Mufti Saad and Maulana Suhem will be started in January.
4. Weekday/Weekend maktab:
   Hafiz Aqib has joined and is helping weekday and weekend maktab.
5. Kids playground:
   Equipment has been ordered from Home Depot, and work will start soon.
6. Youth:
   Adding Seerah class on Tuesdays from January. Youth trip for end of December.
7. Ramadan Taraweeh:
   Looking for place to rent or other alternatives. Schools, churches, and other commercial places and putting a tent is being explored.
8. Community Townhall Meeting:
   It is scheduled for Dec 14 Sunday evening. Time will be either after maghrib or Isha.
