- ZIA school system: Discussed exploring new school system with more features. Finance committee will let Siddiq know monthly budget for this.
- Construction Update: The letter is being prepared and has not been submitted yet to Loudoun County.
- Maintenance: A/C duct repair is not done. Leak has been fixed by Emdad.
- Political: No public endorsements of political parties/candidates. Mimbar will not be given to anyone.
- Summer Maktab: Summer maktab finishing on August 15 insha Allah.
- Daily maktab and Weekened maktab: Need to finalize the teachers for next year starting fall. Order 20 more desks for maktab.
- Pay for Maktab teachers: Pay for maktab teachers was discussed and will be finalized after discussion in finance committee.
- Zakat: Suggestion for prompt disbursement of Zakat was discussed.
- New Committee: Ulema Khidmat Committee consisting of Adil Sayeed, Syed Rashid Noor, and Saleem was formed.
