ZAKARIA ISLAMIC ACADEMY (ZIA) WEEKLY MASHWARA

Attendees: Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Maulana Tahir, Amir Akhtar, Shoukat Nawaz, Farrokh Syed, Rashid Noor, Emdad, Adil Sayeed, Mohammed Saleem, Zubair Shaikh

1. Construction Update:
   • Revised plans need to be submitted by Mukhtar. Invoice need to be submitted to county. New proffer form to be filled by Mukhtar. Need to follow up.
2. Mashawara:
   • All issues regarding programs will be done by mashwara among ZIA imams.
3. Maintenance:
   • Need to follow up on septic tank getting filled. Carpet cleaning completed.
4. Ramadan 1445 H:
   • Ramadan after fajr dars at both locations. More programs will be done in this month. We will have annual fundraiser.
5. Madani Maintenance:
   • Carpet cleaning done and paint done. Septic tank alarm needs to be installed/fixed. Imams and volunteers to meet for Madani salat timings. Madani will follow salat start and suhur and iftar timings from Zakaria.
6. Adopt A Road :
   • Cleaning done by 30 volunteers on March 3.
7. Adams Meeting : 
   • Meeting to be scheduled to meet with Adams board
8. Jumuah:
   • Khateebs are requested to follow the schedule to avoid traffic problems. No additional security for Ramdan jumuahs.
9. Youth:
   • During Ramadan youth nights will be Saturday and they will do reading khatm of Quran.
