ZAKARIA ISLAMIC ACADEMY (ZIA) WEEKLY MASHWARA/MEETING

- Construction Update:
Mukhtar has is making changes to the plan. We are making good progress. Calculations for nutrient credit and storm water are being made for site plan. Plan will be reviewed by Hariwan’s company manager Mark. - Maintenance:
Requesting three quotes for snow removal. The best one will be selected. Old playground stuff was given away. Pest control for wasps and ants at the masjid completed. - Part-time Women’s Hifz:
It will be started soon and timings are 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM on weekends and Tue, Wed and Thu 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Fee is $150. - Next Community Townhall:
Next community townhall is scheduled for Sep 27, Sunday from maghrib to Isha Insha Allah. - Women Halaqa and Girls Halaqa:
Intention to start two halaqas soon. Women’s halaqa once a week on Wed. Girls halaqa on Weekends for one hour.
