- Construction Update:
Quote from Greenway was received and is being reviewed. It was decided to take quotes from different companies to evaluate and decide on the best option. Another quote from RA Fields and Hariwan’s company is also requested. Mukhtar is also making changes as requested by Avi. All options are on the table. - Leading Prayers:
Brothers expressed concern about leading prayers at the masjid. This issue will be discussed, and a plan will be made in future meetings. - Maintenance:
All the material that is not being used will be returned. On Fridays, sister’s prayer area will be set up and removed after prayers. It is requested to do pest control for wasps and ants at the masjid. - Playground work:
All the playground work is completed except for spreading the mulch. It was decided to work on diverting the water from playground by having a trench. - MOU:
Work on MOU to get matching donations with finance team and attorney. - Washer/Dryer:
Washer and dryer to be replaced. One brother has agreed to donate it. Mufti Saad is working to get best deal.
