Attendees: Mufti Saad, Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Adil Sayeed, Mohammed Saleem, Zubair Shaikh, Amir Akhtar, Emdaduz Chowdhury, Rashid Noor

1. Construction Update:
   Had a meeting with architect on Friday and yet to hear back from them. Wetland is being updated in the site plan. Site engineer is working on the comments from County.
2. Kids playground:
   Equipment has been delivered, and work will start soon. One item is back ordered. Work will be done by volunteers and Home depot. Announcement will also be made in Townhall meeting for volunteers.
3. Ramadan Taraweeh:
   School cafeteria is available and is reserved. Commercial places option is also being looked at.
4. Community Townhall Meeting:
   It is scheduled for Dec 14 Sunday evening. Time will be after maghrib.
5. Maintenance :
   Order signs to put shoes on the racks. Remind in jumuah announcements as well. Order heater for deck.
6. Girls Hifz:
   Planning is on for girls to start hifz in summer
