ZAKARIA ISLAMIC ACADEMY (ZIA) WEEKLY MASHWARA/MEETING

Attendees: Mufti Saad, Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Nasir Vohra, Mohammed Saleem, Zubair Shaikh, Syed Rashid Noor, Shoukat Nawaz

1. Construction Update:
   Survey was completed last Saturday. Need to work with Arborist to complete the trees comment from County.
2. Hifz:
   Need to contact parents for fees and remind them.
3. Weekday/Weekend maktab:
   There are 4 male teachers and 4 female teachers for weekday. And 3 male and 4 female teachers for weekend maktab. Looking one more male teacher.
4. Request for outside org to sell tickets:
   Board did not approve outside organizations selling tickets for fundraising event.
5. Youth:
   Monday and Friday program for youth. Adding Seerah class on Tuesdays from January.
   Field trip is planned for December.
6. Maintenance:
   The extra things will be thrown on a weekly basis to clean up the things that are not needed.
7. Jackets:
   Jackets/Coats drive by local charity was approved.
8. Ramadan:
   Looking for place to rent or other alternatives.
