ZAKARIA ISLAMIC ACADEMY (ZIA) WEEKLY MASHWARA/MEETING

Attendees: Mufti Saad, Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Nasir Vohra, Mohammed Saleem, Zubair Shaikh, Adil Sayeed, Amir Akhtar, Shoukat Nawaz

1. Construction Update:
   Brother Shoukat is working with contact provided by Brother Mukhtar, which is Hamid Matin, Arborist to complete the trees comment from County.
2. Weekday/Weekend maktab:
   About 85 students are attending weekday maktab and similar number for weekend maktab. Parent teacher meeting for weekday maktab was held on Thursday. Planning for food for teachers and students by a musalli. Looking for one more male teacher for weekday maktab.
3. Friday family night:
   Friday weekly family night this week on Oct 31.
4. Youth:
   Monday and Friday program for youth. Adding Seerah class on Tuesdays from January.
5. Maintenance:
   Carpet steam cleaning is scheduled for next week Friday night. Daily Volunteers vacuum the carpet, robot vacuum is also used, and there is weekly and monthly cleaning as well.
