- Construction Update: Weekly updates by consultant cannot be provided. The waiver letter is ready and needs to be submitted.
- Weekday maktab and Hifz and School System: Siddiq changed school system for email to go to respective teachers. Parent teachers meeting attended by 12 parents. The rest of the parents will meet personally at maktab time. Policy is if student is absent 10 days without informing teachers, then that student will be removed and chance given to students on waiting list. Alhamdulillah 6 students in hifz class.
- Friday family night: Friday weekly family night list of items given by Rashid to coordinate in better manner. Date changed to Thursday for week of Oct 21.
- Adopt a road: Adopt Road work to be planned Nov 2, 2024.
- Playground: A Playground project is being taken up by a student.
- Youth: Monday and Friday program for youth.
- Madani masjid: Durood program after isha started this week.
- Highschool: Effort to start program in Lightridge.
- Maintenance: Work done to strengthen deck in progress. Potholes repair has been requested.
- Martial class: Martial class starting this week.
- New Carpet: Carpet follow up for Zakaria masjid.
- Part time Hifz: Part time hifz is being considered and planned.
