Attendees: Mufti Saad, Amir Akhtar, Shoukat Nawaz, Farrokh Syed, Rashid Noor,  Mohammed Saleem

1. Construction Update: Site plan is submitted and is being reviewed by the Loudoun County. We expect comments from them in last week of April 2024. Expect two to three reviews in total depending on the number of comments that need to be addressed. Turning lane and Septic tank work and site work will be prioritized.
2. Maintenance: Parking reminders need to be sent out in email and WhatsApp.
3. Ramadan 1445 H Eid Salaah and Eid Party:  Two Eid Salaahs at Arcola if Eid is on April 10^th based on moon sighting. One at 800 AM led by Maulana Tahir and second at 1000 AM led by Mufti Saad. If Eid is on April 11, then three eid salaah at Zakaria masjid at 8, 10 and 11 led by Maulana Tahir, Mufti Saad and Maulana Ibraheem Khan.
4. Madani Maintenance:  Madani carpet cleaning completed.
5. Adams Meeting :  Meeting to be scheduled to meet with Adams board.
6. Eid Party: Ramadan Eid party will take place on Saturday on April 13 at Zakaria Masjid.
7. Volunteer Appreciation Iftar Party: Iftar party for volunteers will take place on April 7, Sunday.
8. Fundraising : Annual fundraising for Zakaria Islamic Academy will take place on Saturday April 6 at Madani masjid and Monday April 8 at Arcola. Presentation will be done by Syed Rashid Noor.
