Attendees: Mufti Saad, Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Amir Akhtar, Shoukat Nawaz, Farrokh Syed, Shamsul Usmani, Siddiq, Mohammed Saleem, Zubair Shaikh

Construction Update: Call from Loudoun County must be followed up by Shoukat. Revised plans need to be submitted by Mukhtar. Invoice need to be submitted to county. New form to be filled by Mukhtar.

Maintenance: Need to follow up on septic tank getting filled. Carpet cleaning completed.

Ramadan 1445 H: Iftars are set for Friday and Saturday during Ramadan. Two pre-Ramadan events will be conducted, one is Isteqbal Ramadan and second Food giveaway on March 3 (50 boxes) for needy. Switch between huffaz and imams will be done with Madani and Arcola. Workshop for kids program will be conducted. Nine nights khatm during last 9 nights at Zakaria masjid. Maktab during Ramadan only on weekends and two sessions 1:30 to 3:45 and 4:00 to 6:00. Volunteer appreciation program will be done. Quran competition for kids during Ramadan. Tafseer before Taraweeh at both places. Ramadan after fajr dars at both locations.

Madani Maintenance: Roof repair completed. Need carpet cleaning done before Ramadan. Septic tank alarm needs to be installed/fixed. Imams and volunteers to meet for Madani salat timings.

Adopt A Road : Nasir/Mufti Saad will coordinate for a clean up before Ramadan. Date is set for March 3. Need volunteers and from youth group. Maulana Ibraheem will inform youth.
