Attendees: Mufti Saad, Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Maulana Tahir, Amir Akhtar, Shoukat Nawaz, Rashid Noor, Nasir Vohra, Siddiq, Mohammed Saleem, Zubair Shaikh

• Construction Update: Revised plans need to be submitted by Mukhtar. Invoice need to be submitted to county.

• Maintenance: Need to follow up on septic tank getting filled. Need to schedule carpet cleaning.  The freezer was leaking and was cleaned up.

• Ramadan 1445 H: Two pre-Ramadan events will be conducted, one is Isteqbal Ramadan and second Food giveaway for needy. And youth activities as well.

• Madani Maintenance: Roof repair completed, need to finish siding and gutter work. Septic tank alarm needs to be installed/fixed. Imams and volunteers to meet for Madani salat timings.

• Adopt A Road : Nasir will coordinate for a clean up before Ramadan. Date is set for March 9. Need volunteers and from youth group.

• Adams Meeting :  Meeting to be scheduled to meet with Adams board
