- Construction Update:
Need to submit revised plan by Mukhtar. Saleem to follow up with him. A meeting for the construction committee must be scheduled to discuss wall thickness, front of building and siding. Need to revise the building plan with Brother Rezaul. Need to have construction committee meeting about hold.
- Maintenance: Shoukat will spoke with Saleh and his son Osman to work on diverting water with drain to the water stream. Need to follow up on septic tank getting filled.
- Maktab: Maktab teachers and Imams salary is now direct deposit. Rashid will order books for Maktab.
- Ramadan 1445 H: Reservation made for for Taraweeh at Arcola Elementary School.
- Madani Maintenance: Ghulam Majeed will work to repair roof repair. Septic tank alarm needs to be installed/fixed. Imams and volunteers to meet for Madani salat timings.
- Weekly Meeting Time : It will be 700 PM on Thursdays for now.
- Adopt A Road : Nasir will coordinate for a clean up before Ramadan.
- Hifz : Need to hold another meeting for place, infrastructure and teacher and students for hifz.
