Attendees: Maulana Ibraheem Khan, Amir Akhtar, Shoukat Nawaz, Adil Sayeed, Rashid Noor, Mohammed Saleem, Nasir Vohra, Sufiayne

• Construction Update: Need to submit revised plan by Mukhtar. Saleem to follow up with him. A meeting for the construction committee must be scheduled to discuss wall thickness, front of building and siding. Need to revise the building plan with Brother Rezaul.
• Maintenance:  Shoukat will speak with Brother Saleh to work on diverting water with drain to the water stream. Need to work on potholes for the parking lot because of damage due to snow and rain.
• Maktab: Maktab teachers are working to simplify syllabus from Naseehah series – Seerah, Hadith etc. Imams and teachers will meet and decide the format and schedule. Rashid will be the management point of contact for Maktab. Nasir will assist him.
• Ramadan 1445 H: Team is working to get location from Loudoun County Public schools for Taraweeh at Arcola Elementary School. Taraweeh will take place at Madani masjid as well. A two hour reservation per day will be made. Need to finalize the huffaz in next meeting.
• Madani Maintenance: Shoukat and Asim have agreed to get two quotes for roof repair and finalize the roof repair before Ramadan.
• Youth: A third youth halaqa is being considered.
